In 2013 I spearheaded the creation of over 50 pages of in-game comic books for RYSE: Son of Rome (not to be confused with the comics produced by Microsoft that looked very different). The comic art was used as in-game collectibles. My task was to develop and implement the pipeline, develop and coordinate content with story and art stakeholders, write story and dialogue, work with and art direct outsourced colorist and lettering artists, create line art and safeguard timely delivery. Easy. This here was the cover art we used for the printed "Developer's edition" - which never went on sale and was only distributed to CRYTEK employees back in 2013. Great project!
